Lobster Bisque or

Arugula Salad goat cheese, fresh herbs, raspberries, red onion, candied pecans 

Second Course:

Choice of: 

Crispy Brussels with harissa molasses, micro greens & toasted pumpkin seed  or

Baked Brie en croute with berry compote 

Third Course:

Choice of: 

Rack of Lamb, Rosemary & Mint Jelly or

Filet Mignon, demi glace or

Seared Sea Scallop & Oyster Mushroom with lemon & Leek Cream sauce

Choice of:  Prosciutto wrapped Asparagus or Almond seared Green Beans

Cayenne Chocolate Ganache Lava Cake Lavender or
